WE’VE GOT A THEME SONG! Listen to “Left of the Dial” covered by The Tisburys ft The Lunar Year

We’re thrilled to announce that The Tisburys recorded a brand new theme song for the Left of the Dial podcast. It’s a cover of “Left of the Dial” by The Replacements – bet ya didn’t see that one coming! The track is fantastic, and we’re honored to have Philadelphia’s #1 Deep Cut Bar Band covering a classic for us.

If you buy the track on Bandcamp, all proceeds will be donated to Pennsylvania abortion funds via the Abortion Liberation Fund of PA.

Over on the podcast this week, we have Tisburys frontman Tyler Asay as our guest to chat about his favorite Replacements songs. The episode is out today along with the cover, so be sure to give it a listen!

We’re big fans of The Tisburys over here, and this isn’t the first time we’ve had them in the studio with us, either. The Philadelphia-based group did a live session with us back in June, so be sure to watch the indie charmers perform on our YouTube channel or listen and support the sesh over on Bandcamp.

The “Left of the Dial” cover also features another Philadelphia indie star, Katie Hackett of The Lunar Year. We had the pleasure of having The Lunar Year in the studio for a session before, too – watch it on YouTube or listen on Bandcamp.

Last but certainly not least, if you happen to be in the Philly area tonight (Friday, May 13th), head on down to Dawson Street Pub to see The Tisburys perform with Kate Dressed Up and The Lunar Year. Tickets are $10!
