Andrea’s filling in for Caleb again this week, which works out just fine, because we’ve got Alyse Vellturo—better known as PRONOUN—in to talk about one of Andrea’s favorite releases from 2021, OMG I MADE IT, the five track EP PRONOUN recorded at the height of the pandemic and released in June of last year. It’s a big, sprawling release despite it’s short tracklist, and we talk with Alyse about how the, uh, shift to all caps in both name and song titles reflects a more assertive approach to music. We also talk about being sad, trying to stay sane when your home is also your office, and what it means to figure out what you should be doing with your life.
